1. Intended Use of Products

All products supplied by Zela Peptide are strictly engineered for laboratory, biotechnology, and scientific research purposes.

  • Research Use Only (RUO): Unless explicitly manufactured and certified under specific commercial API agreements, our catalog and custom peptides are strictly prohibited for human consumption, unauthorized clinical trials, or diagnostic use.

  • Buyer Responsibility: The buyer assumes all legal and safety responsibilities for the proper handling, storage, and application of the compounds within their respective jurisdiction and institutional guidelines.

2. Ordering & Payment

By placing an order for catalog peptides or custom synthesis, you agree to the following financial terms:

  • Custom Quotes: Price quotations provided for custom peptide synthesis projects are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment Terms: Full payment or an approved Purchase Order (PO) from a verified institution is required before the initiation of custom synthesis or the dispatch of catalog items. Payments are processed through our secure, encrypted gateways.

3. Shipping & Customs

We utilize specialized, climate-monitored logistics to serve our global client base securely.

  • Delivery Timelines: While we strive to meet all estimated delivery dates, transit times may vary based on destination, courier performance, and customs clearance processes.

  • Import Compliance: The buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that the importation of peptide products complies with their local laws. Zela Peptide is not liable for packages delayed, rejected, or seized by regional customs authorities.

4. Quality Guarantee & Returns

We stand behind the absolute scientific accuracy of our GMP-compliant synthesis process.

  • COA Validation: Every product is shipped with a detailed Certificate of Analysis (COA), which includes exact HPLC and Mass Spectrometry (MS) data validating the compound’s purity and sequence.

  • Replacement Policy: If a product fails to meet the exact purity specifications outlined in its accompanying COA, you must notify our technical team within 14 days of receipt. Upon verification, we will provide a full replacement. Due to the sensitive and degradable nature of these compounds, we do not accept standard returns for refunds once the seal is broken.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Risk Assumption: Zela Peptide shall not be held liable for any damages, whether direct, incidental, or consequential, arising from the improper use, mishandling, or misapplication of our products by the purchaser or any affiliated third party.
